Shipping/Return Policy

We ship from our warehouse in Taiwan (USA and Mainland China occasionally) to all destinations across the globe. No exceptions!!

All orders are shipped out within 48 hours of purchase. *Business Days Only. You will also be notified once your order ships with tracking information.

You receive your order typically within 7 - 12 business days (USA addresses); 10 - 15 business days (Europe, Asia addresses) and 12 - 20 business days (Australia, New Zealand, Middle East addresses)

Orders of $50 or more before taxes and discounts will ship free of charge internationally, while orders below $50 will attract a shipping cost of $4.99 flat.

Slight delays in shipment may occur due to, for instance, adverse weather conditions, disasters or upcoming/current holidays that are not working days of post and delivery services. Moreover, keep in mind that it might take a considerable time for the customs of your country to check your package. If your delivery is significantly late i.e. more than 33 days since you received a "Notice of Shipping", or you’re experiencing problems with tracking your order, please contact us at sales@plusheasy.com with subject, "Overdue Delivery". We would be glad to help you at any time!

Our return policy lasts 15days after delivery confirmation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You may initiate a return by sending us an email at sales@plusheasy.com with subject "Return Request ". You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (where applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less tax and initial shipping cost, within 5 business days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Please note that return shipping cost is borne by the sender.

Please DO NOT send your item(s) back to the manufacturer's address.

We do not offer exchanges at the moment.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@plusheasy.com with subject, "Late Refund".
